By placing your order on the Software Deal site you (Buyer) acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the terms and conditions below.

Any attempt by the Buyer to change, supplement, modify or correct these conditions and provisions is considered a material modification of this agreement and has no legal value.

Software Deal reserves the right to modify this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.


Payment

Software Deal accepts Visa and Master Card credit cards.

We do not accept other payment methods.

If you have received the message informing you that your operation has been refused, do not try to redo it, contact our Information and Technical Support Group.


Price and availability

All prices on our website are presented in United States dollars (USD).

Due to rapid industry development prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Software Deal cannot adjust the prices following the price variation made by the producer itself after the date of the initial sale.

We try to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.

We cannot sell a lot of software to resellers. All orders made through the website with individual quantity of products over 5 units are subject to review and cancellation.


Delivery

You will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information such as your login and password to go to the client's office (there you can get the download links, installation and activation instructions).

Access to the customer's office will be available for 1 hour after placing your order.


Refund procedure

ATTENTION: Almost always our Information and Technical Support Group can solve ANY problem with the purchased software, so first try to ask for their help.

Your money will be refunded if the problem with the software cannot be resolved.


Refund Policies

Reimbursement is always a loss for both parties (for you and for our store) in 100% of cases. So if you want to refund your money just send a refund request through our technical support system.

It is important to indicate an operational e-mail address for the realization of any relationship with Information and Technical Support Group and our store.

If the refund was made by you our store should do the following:

-If fraud is suspected, we report the case to the FBI Internet Fraud Allegations Center and the Association of Private Businesses in the United States and Canada for Consumer Rights Support;

- Start legal proceedings against you to recover the amount of the order.


Software

By placing your order on our site you confirm that you have read and understood the conditions and provisions.

You also indicate that you understand and agree to all restrictions of a type(s) of the product you wish to purchase.

Please note that we only sell downloadable copies of software. This means that we do not send a boxed version and printed documentation.

Besides, pay attention that you won't be able to get manufacturer technical support and register your product online because you buy OEM version software.

You will be able to download the software via the special section of the site which will be created after the successful placing of the order.

The software is delivered as a ZIP archive (first you will have to extract them with an archiver, i.e. 7-zip) or as a CD image (in this case you will have to burn the image downloaded from CD to DVD-drive or mount a virtual disk. You will get step-by-step instructions in your customer office).

You reserve the right to exchange the software (at most 2 times) provided that you have requested assistance but the problem with the purchase has not been resolved by the Information and Technical Support Group.

Software Deal provides technical support to buyers.

We will be happy to help you with the download, installation, activation process.

Before contacting our Information and Technical Support Group, please consult our FAQ section (Frequently Asked Questions) to find the answer.

If you cannot find the answer in the FAQ section, leave your request (containing only your problem) with the question type (preferable mode). You can do this from your client desktop.


Minimum System Requirements

Minimum requirements are provided for all software sold by us.

By placing the order for the purchase of software you agree that the computer system on which you want to install the software meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements.


Security

This website takes every guarantee to protect the information of our users.

If users indicate confidential data through the website your information is as protected online as it is offline.

The information is encrypted and protected if our registration/order form requires users to provide confidential data (eg credit card number).
